Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our expanding team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and effectively selling our products/services. This position requires a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential and existing customers.
Achieve and a monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base.
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare and submit sales contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

  1. Any degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  2. Proven experience in marketing, either through internships or entry-level positions.

  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  4. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

  5. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.

  6. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

  8. Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
