Role : L1 support

Location : Navi Mumbai

Who are we looking for?

A L1 support to manage a critical project for one of our biggest client in banking domain.The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications .

Technical Skills:

  •  First level SPOC for application related queries and issues from end users.

  •  Solving service desk tickets.

  •  Analysing end user's queries over telephonic conversation to understand issue more clearly

  •  Replying Mails receved from end users/ circle admins.

  •  Sending daily IT risk management report to client.

  •  Generating various reports (daily, weekly, fort-nightly, Monthly, Quarterly and AnnualLy) from the system using SQL queries, validate and share.

  •  After analysing issue in service desk or mail, if needed corrections have to be done in database through proper channel.

  •  Making service desk monthly report and daily report.

  •  If issue is not understanding then it must be discussed with L2 and L3 team for quick resolution.

  •  Updation and maintenance of User Manual and Standard Operating Procedure documents with continuous modifications in various programs of the application.

  •  Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

  •  Good hands on experience in Oracle Database and writing SQL Queries.

  •  Prior Customer Help desk experience is strongly desired.

  •  Knowledge in MS office.

  •  Knowledge in core java/ADF is added advantage.

  •  Knowledge in PL/SQL is added advantage).

Process Skills:

  •  Capable of analyzing requirements

  •  Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)

  •  Participate in discussion with business stake holders

  •  6 days working for SBI project.

 Only male candidates are required

Behavioral Skills :

  •  Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs

  •  Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

  •  Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

  •  Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

  • Certification: Good to have
